Ferruva offers complementary returns and exchanges for any item that you would like to return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer care center with your name and order number, and we will gladly send you a pre-paid shipping label.

Articles are accepted for refund, credit, or exchange in the U.S. if they are returned new and unused within 30 days. Articles returned must be attached with their respective sales recipe or order form. Ferruva will not accept any returns if there are signs of wear and tear, use or the item has been altered from its original form. Please visit our Terms of Sale for more information on disputes resolution and preference of law, if a return is denied by Ferruva and it's associates, parent company or affiliates.

We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking label, which will be provided with the pre-paid shipping label.

Ferruva cannot accept returns for articles that are custom requests, personalized and made-to-order due to the nature of the article and its source of origin/cost.
