  • Where do we deliver?
    We are able to deliver our products all over the U.S. territory.
  • Are all your products gold plated?
    Yes! We offer only gold plated products & silver products to maintain high quality and consistency.
  • If the products are sold out, will we restock the same products in the future?"
    It all depends on which products are sold out. Some products are limited edition and won't be able to return in our stock, but most products will be returning into stock.
  • How long will my package take to be delivered?
    Each package takes a different amount of time to be delivered. If you order a personalized product, they will take a few days to be manufactured and some extra days to be delivered. Most orders will take between 3-10 business days to be fulfilled and delivered. Shipping time may vary on shipping option purchased.
  • Are all products final sale?
    No! We offer returns and exchanges as long as the product is in the same conditions as it was sent. Follow the policies for shippings and returns for more information. There may be some final sale products, which will be indicated on the product.
  • How many products can I order to get free shipping?
    After spending $70 USD in products, you can obtain free shipping in any country applicable.
  • If we need to talk to a specialist, how do I contact them?"
    Given that we are a small starting company, we have limited staff to offer you immediate customer service. You are welcome to send us an email to contact@ferruva.com or type your concerns in the website's chat and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
  • What payment methods do we offer?
